Frequently Asked Questions....1. Q. How does the surprise work?A.Your Sign rental is delivered while the recipient is not home or away from work so they arrive to a surprise like no other in the yard! Please call about deliveries between Midnight and 6am.
2. Q. What times do you make deliveries?A.We schedule for our deliveries to be made between 8am to 7pm. Please call about deliveries between Midnight and 6am.
3. Q. How are the signs set up?A. Our large signs are installed with a post in the ground and our other signs insert into the ground with small stakes.
4. Q. Do I get to keep the Star with my baby's info on it? A. We can leave behind the personalized Star on the Sign for an additional charge per Star. Just let us know when you place your order.
5. Q. Do I get to keep the plaque on the large Sign with our personalization info on it? A. We can leave behind the personalized Plaque on the Sign for an additional charge per Plaque. Just let us know when you place your order.
6. Q. What are your signs made out of?A. All of our signs are made of plastic that is widely used in the sign industry.
7. Q. How are the signs personalized?A. Our large signs are personalized with professional sign lettering equipment. Vinyl lettering is utilized for all wording on our large personalized signs and on our stars for birth announcements.
8. Q. Where do you deliver to?A. We deliver within 25 miles of Indianapolis, Indiana.
